Curried Bacon Peanut Dip Recipe
1/2 pound bacon
8 ounces sour cream
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
2 tbsps. milk (or more to thin)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
In a skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble.
In a medium bowl, combine bacon and remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
